I changed my address with my medical insurance company online. They sent me a letter to the new address telling me to verify the address on the letter and let them know if it's incorrect. If it was incorrect, how would the letter get to me for me to verify it?

I tried to request my personal file from the FBI under the Freedom of Information Act. Going to the FBI's website has me fill out a 'pre-request' request. I have to fill out a form asking if I can ask for my file (I'm not sure if I even have one.) One of the questions on the form is "How much would you be willing to pay for the information." Part of me wanted to write in $0, but I'd think a processing fee and postage would be fair, so I said I'd be willing to pay up to $20.

The best part of the form is that it's an Adobe PDF you are supposed to be able to fill out online and submit electronically. I filled out the form and clicked the 'send' button and got an error that the attempted function is not available. Sneaky bastards!
